Why we collect personal and business information

When you request information or service Core Broadband requests you share some basic information about yourself. We understand that some of this information is private, which is why we collect personal information only for the following purposes:

For example, when you request Internet service, we will provide this information to the ISP of your choice if so designated. To do so, we collect information that allows us to confirm your location and identity and connection needs so that we can record your information for follow up.

  2. To maintain a contact list of customers so we can keep you informed if you so desire. Your ISP will also keep you informed of service upgrades, planned outages and related news that might impact your service.
